Drum Stroke Practice / Paradiddle Practice (Do not watch. It's pretty bad...)

This is a video shot as a reference to see my progress over the next few months.  It is embarrassing to say this, but I played drums for church praise band weekly for 3-4 years and still never got the basics of hand stroke technique figured out. 

During this COVID-19 period, I decided to master the hand technique, specifically the "Moeller Method", and purchased the practice pad and the stand (received on 4/28/2020).  

I’ve been spending about 10-20 min daily and this is where I am right now. Hopefully, it will be noticeably better when I shoot it sometime next month.

I am practicing the paradiddle (RLRR LRLL pattern) using the method I learned from this video:
