After being introduced to the world of Timelapse by PhilipBloom.co.uk and Timescapes.org, and getting my own EOS 7D last month, I began to fall in love with Timelapse. New iPhone App, iTimelapse, came out just when I was trying to learn how to shoot better Timelapse videos. Despite the fact that I missed its 2-day promotional period of being a free app, and the price has "rocketed" to $2.99, I did not hesitate one second before purchasing this app.
While got stuck in unusual traffic at 2:00pm in the afternoon, I tested iTimelapse while driving. (Please do not try this while driving, or do it at your own risk)
It took 179 photos in 2 sec. interval (358 sec. + 6 min.) and holding the iPhone for 6 min. was not easy. (while driving)
Auto nature of iPhone camera makes the brightness and color unstable. Anyways, the fact that my PHONE can do timelapse all by itself is worth more than $2.99. (I even uploaded on Vimeo on iPhone)
