Comparing with Jon hyung's EOS 40D and my brother-in-law's Nikon D80, biggest difference noticed was the saturation. I'm not sure how other Nikon models work, but D80 usually over-saturates that I always lower saturation on Photoshop. With Canon 40D, pictures were under-saturated and I had to boost it up a little.
