Last night, went to Biola University with Josephine to run.
For the first time in my life, ran over 10k without rest.
I guess it's now safe to say I'm ready for the Nike+ Human Race 10K which is in 3 days.
Running on the streets won't be exactly same as running on the track, and I don't know how the weather condition would be on the day, but as long as I get my body well-rested and keep it in best condition, i will be able to do this. One thing I'm worried about is my knees. They hurt really bad after the run, so I iced it right after. Today I woke up and left knee still hurts a lot. It's probably because I've been driving manual transmission for over 5 years.
Timed each lap (1/4 mile) for 10 laps and then 4-2-2-2-1-1-1 lap.
